Step 2- Read All about TCP/IP protocols and find how you can manipulate them 
Step 3 - Have some Programming Background With c,Python
 Now YOu are ready To Understand Hacking Concepts
Step 4- most important step use your creativity to enter/break security features as per goal (Many People Miss this step )
